Welcome to ProctrMe. This Academic Integrity Policy outlines the expectations and standards required of all users taking examinations through our platform. Maintaining academic honesty is fundamental to the evaluation process.

1. Core Principles

By undertaking an assessment on the ProctrMe platform, you agree to submit only your original work. You agree not to give or receive any unauthorized assistance during the assessment.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will be logged as severe violations:

• External Assistance: Communicating with any person, human or AI, regarding the exam contents.
• Unauthorized Materials: Accessing unauthorized websites, notes, textbooks, or applications (including floating windows or split screens).
• Impersonation: Having another individual take the examination on your behalf.
• Tampering: Attempting to disable, bypass, or interfere with the ProctrMe security and proctoring algorithms.
• Copying/Capturing: Attempting to screenshot, copy, photograph, or otherwise record the examination content.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

The ProctrMe platform employs continuous monitoring, including but not limited to:

• Browser focus tracking and tab-switching detection.
• Fullscreen compliance and viewport monitoring.
• Advanced detection of virtual machines, developer tools, and screen overlays.

Any violation detected by the system is instantly logged and reported to the examining institution. The institution reserves the right to invalidate exam results and apply disciplinary action based on these logs.

4. User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure you are testing in a secure, uninterrupted environment. You must close all background applications, communication tools, and recording software prior to initializing the exam session.
